楊世男，再直不過的高中男孩，打遊戲、打飛機，對異性興致勃勃。在這一天，他一如往常站向小便鬥，下體卻冒出大量鮮血。經過診斷，原來他同時擁有一具完整的男性與女性生殖器，在醫師建議之下，父母擅自決定讓他／她以女生之姿重生。搬了家，也轉了學，從今天開始，她，叫楊詩蘭。然而，表麵上性別改了，卻改不了小男生的心思與對女孩的迷戀。“轉性”的嶄新生活究竟帶來的是福還是禍？
